New Delhi– Industry chamber Ficci said on Wednesday that an 80-member delegation of business leaders will accompany Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his official visit to four African nations beginning on Thursday to explore opportunities for Indian business in the continent.

“A contingent from diverse business sectors will accompany the Prime Minister and participate in the India-Tanzania Business Forum and India-Kenya Business Forum being organised by Ficci and its counterparts on July 10 and 11 at Dar-e-Salaam and Nairobi respectively,” the industry body said in a release here.

“The momentum generated during the 3rd India-Africa Forum Summit in October 2015 (New Delhi) is continuing,” the statement added.
