LTIMindtree President Nachiket Deshpande Steps Down to Pursue New Opportunities

NEW DELHI– LTIMindtree announced that its Whole-Time Director and President, Nachiket Deshpande, has resigned from the company to pursue new opportunities outside the organization. His last day with the firm will be October 31, 2025.

In an exchange filing on Tuesday, the IT services company said, “We hereby inform you that Nachiket Deshpande has resigned from the position of Whole-time Director and President to explore new opportunities beyond LTIMindtree. He would be relieved from his duties after the end of office hours on October 31, 2025.”

Deshpande has been part of the company’s leadership since 2019, serving first on the LTI Board and later on the LTIMindtree Board following the merger. During his tenure, he played a key role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and growth.

LTIMindtree Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan expressed appreciation for Deshpande’s contributions, saying, “I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nachiket for the remarkable impact he has made during his long tenure at LTIMindtree. His leadership and unwavering commitment have been pivotal in shaping the foundation for the next phase of growth for LTIMindtree.”

Reflecting on his time at the company, Deshpande said, “The past years have been an incredible journey for me, rich with opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully to this remarkable organization. It has been a privilege to work closely and learn from Chairman SNS, board members, and my esteemed colleagues.”

The announcement follows LTIMindtree’s recent financial results for the second quarter of FY26, where the company reported a net profit of Rs 1,381.2 crore, up 10 percent year-on-year from Rs 1,251.6 crore. Operating revenue rose to Rs 10,694.7 crore, reflecting nearly 5 percent sequential growth and over 9 percent annual growth.

The company has also declared an interim dividend of Rs 22 per share, with October 24 set as the record date for shareholders. (Source: IANS)
